SenseStat™ is a unique obstacle detection system developed by Mobile Awareness™, a leader in commercial transportation safety. SenseStat™ provides back-up assistance for commercial vehicles such as utility trucks, box trucks and even trucks pulling trailers. This back-up alert/reverse-sensing system uses the latest ultrasound technology to detect objects that are up to eight (8) feet from the rear of the vehicle. The system uses a unique sensor-scanning algorithm that reads each of four (4) separate sensors, displaying the distance to the one that is closest to an object. This offers the ability to monitor four (4) zones simultaneously across the width of the vehicle. The result is a greater degree of “blind spot” coverage.

Stop-line Adjustment - Set the desired stop line for each vehicle without concern for sensor mounting location (further point of vehicle set as zero-point)
Truck & Trailer Exchange - Switch trucks and trailers equipped with the ECU & Warning Unit (display)
Single Cable Installation - One interconnecting cable allows for easy installation and trailer exchanges without complicated wiring
Zone Discrimination - LED display indicates actual distance to closest of four (4) distinct field zones, allowing accurate detection of objects in blind spots
Intelligent Warning Unit - Simultaneously monitors four (4) zones in real-time, indicating wireless signal strength on the LED display with three (3) adjustable levels of audible alarm
Sensor Mounting Options - Under bumper mount shown on the right, with other standard and custom configurations available
